Stand up for truth and it’s guaranteed those who champion “tolerance” will cancel you, demonstrating intolerance, hatred, and bigotry in its purest form. There will always be bullies.

“Above all,” one writer wrote, “we must have courage to stand and speak the truth…. Courage to face the mob. Courage to shrug off the scorn of elites… Courage begets courage.”

Make no mistake, if you stand for Christ you will stand out.

But, cowardice inspires no one.

A.W. Tozer said,

“A scared world needs a fearless church.”

The reformer, Martin Luther, who knew well the courage required for standing for truth, put it this way:

“Peace if possible; truth at all costs.”

And George Orwell famously warned:

“The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it.”

This I can tell you – whether the issue be political, cultural, or the like – you will not find me shrinking from standing and speaking boldly for that which I hold to be biblically true.
